JMC have access to highly skilled powder coating teams with many years' experience in the industry.

The plant operates a large track oven which has an 8m long x 2.8 high x 2.5 wide box oven with four 25 metre manual tracks, enabling coating of large awkward items, sheet metal, and heavy work in addition to higher volume jobs. The overall track capacity is 1.5 tonne

Powder coating technology is extremely cost-effective and environmentally friendly and enables us to offer a sub-contract powder coating service to a wide range of industries including rail, street furniture and more.  We use a variety of powders including Epoxy, Polyester, and Polyurethane as well as architectural powders.

There is an extensive range of colours available, with fast turn-around times.

 

Powder coated surfaces are more resistant to chipping, scratching, fading, and wearing than other finishes, meaning it's extremely durable.
