What is your lead time?

This will depend upon the size and complexity of the project but prior to accepting any order we will always

confirm an agreed turnaround time with our client.

JMC are working towards ISO9001 and operate a comparable quality system.

What materials can you work in?

We routinely work with stainless steel, mild steel, aluminium, brass and copper; for any others please call us to discuss.

What thicknesses of material can you process?

The actual process required will determine maximum material thickness, please contact us to discuss specific requirements.

 

Do I have to supply drawings for manufacture?

Although it is always easier to work from a drawing, a description or simple hand drawn sketch will suffice.

Should I have a drawing, which formats can you accept?

DWG, DXF, IGS, SLDPRT, AI, STP, 3DM or PDF; for any others please enquire.

How can I obtain a quotation?

What materials can you weld?

We can weld, stainless steel, mild steel, copper, brass, bronze, aluminium, titanium, zintec and galvanised steel, using these processes; TAG (tungsten Argon gas), MAG (mechanical Argon gas) , MA (manual arc), gas welding, brazing, silver solder and solder.
