Glenn has more than 40 years' experience within the metal fabrication industry including 14 years at one of the world's leading kitchen ventilation specialists, Gaylord Industries Europe.
Glenn now has overall responsibility for manufacturing, design and drafting, dealing directly with clients' vision to produce the highest quality product to their own specifications and budget.
Peter started his career in the medical sector working on a number of varying technologies for orthopaedic devices.
For the past thirteen years he has been involved with specialised engineering within the automotive, motorsport and hydraulics market sectors.
Peter brings a wealth of experience to the team and now has overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the company.
With more than twenty years’ experience, Matt has extensive knowledge of all aspects of welding and metal fabrication. Having previously worked in heavy engineering and for a large company maintenance department, he is the ideal person to lead the JMC workshop.
Matt is also very creative having designed a number of bespoke artistic pieces including spiders and scorpions, amongst others.
