BESPOKE STAINLESS STEEL DOORS & FRAMES FOR GARDEN KITCHEN
From a simple sketch brief, JMC recently designed, fabricated and fully fitted a beautiful set of polished stainless steel doors and frames to a client's outdoor kitchen.

JMC TAKE DELIVERY OF NEW PRESS BRAKE
JMC have just taken delivery of, and commissioned, a brand new press brake at our Sittingbourne facility. With 100-ton capacity and 3.2m bending length of up to 6mm steel this new investment will increase both our capacity and productivity to help maintain our competitive edge.

JMC LAUNCH Fandangles, artistic garden metalwork
JMC have announced the launch of an exciting new range of artistic garden metalwork to be promoted to the UK market under the product name Fandangles.

Fandangles is an unique, bespoke range of artistic metal screens, furniture, pergolas and planters to enhance the appearance and function of any garden. The screens may be used to partition off any garden to create tranquil, secluded areas for peace and relaxation. Placed on top of a wall they provide an innovative, and long lasting, alternative to timber screens.

Manufactured from laser-cut steel, supplied in a range of sizes and colours, these artistically designed items will add colour, interest and originality to any garden design.

COPPER, BRASS, BRONZE .....
Over the past few months we have noticed a growing interest and desire to use copper, brass and bronze within the retail and restaurant market sectors, probably due to their aesthetic appeal, providing an array of beautiful colours and a feeling of opulence.
From JMC’s perspective, given our knowledge and expertise, these metals are all relatively easy to work being durable and yet, with the correct tooling and grade, can be rolled, folded and welded to produce the desired design.
Once fabricated a range of finishes and polishing can be applied to further enhance the final appearance.
LEVEL8IGHT SKYBAR LIGHT BOXES
JMC Hi-Tech recently completed and supplied a series of powder coated, stainless steel light boxes for their client Windsor Workshop Ltd. who specialise in bringing the ideas of architects, designers, artists and museum curators to fruition, click here to view their website.

Using a range of services, including, drafting, laser cutting, welding and powder coating JMC produced a series of ten light boxes each three metres in length which have now been installed on-site in Bournemouth.
